Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering efficient, safe patient care through the nursing process, hospital policies, and procedures. In addition, the RN works closely with and acts as a clinical expert for other professional and ancillary nursing personnel. Promotes teamwork within the department. Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Licensure: Registered Nurse in Missouri
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) to be current before being assigned to care for patients independently
Other: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required, and the Registered Nurse must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be able to operate various types of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, telephone, printer, and copy machine.

Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for assisting physician(s) and physician extender(s), as applicable, with clinical patient medical care duties, including patient triage, patient rooming and other clinical duties as assigned by the physician. The LPN performs both administrative and clinical duties as assigned by the physician and supervisor. Displays maturity, flexibility, and effective organization and communication skills in dealing with other people. Works cooperatively with other departments and medical facilities. Promotes teamwork within the department. Performs as part of a healthcare team to provide high-quality medical services. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required
Licensure: Graduate of LPN program with current license and registration required
Other: Basic computer skills required, good verbal and documentation skills required. The assessment, care, and treatment provided by the LPN will be consistent with the specific age-related needs of the patient. Employees may be required to do simple grasping and pushing/pulling.
Certified Nurse Assistant

The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing direct patient/resident care and assistance in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and nursing standards of care. Obtains vital signs and other measurements as directed and documents findings promptly. Meets patient hygiene, comfort, nutrition, and hydration needs and documents as required. Implements care under the supervision of the nurse. Recognizes and reports abnormal findings or changes in patient status to the nurse throughout the entire shift. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Certified Medication Technician

The Certified Medication Technician (CMT) is responsible for administering prescribed medications to patients and maintains related medical records under immediate supervision. Verifies identity of patient receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage, and time of administration on specified forms or records.
Certified Laboratory Technician

The Certified Laboratory Technician is responsible for collecting, receiving, labeling, and/or analyzing samples or substances using the correct testing equipment, when necessary. Designing and executing laboratory testing in line with standard testing procedures, recording observations, and interpreting findings.
